Several countries, including Malta, signed the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, commonly referred to as ACTA. Its provisions are considered very contentious and have stirred up controversy especially among youths. In this programme MEP u Int Prof. Edward Scicluna MEP speaks about the objectives of ACTA and the role of the European and Maltese Parliaments in its ratification.
