‘Bi tnaqqis ta’ ħela u bl-effiċjenza tiffranka l-flus, u l-finanzi għall-proġett tal-enerġija li ppropona l-Partit Laburista jiġu minn hemm’. Dan qalu l-Ewroparlamentari Laburista u kandidat għall-5 u t-8 distrett il-Professur Edward Scicluna nhar il-Ħamis 10 ta’ Jannar waqt li kien qed jieħu sehem fil-programm ta’ diskussjoni Vie mmexxi minn Jackie Mercieca fuq One TV. Huwa qal li minn din il-proposta se jgawdi l-poplu għax se jispiċċa b’iktar flus fil-but minħabba r-roħs ta’ 25 fil-mija fil-kontijiet tad-dawl u 5 fil-mija mill-kontijiet tal-ilma. Il-Prof Scicluna spjega wkoll li mill-bidla minn heavy fuel oil għall-gas ikun hemm ferm inqas tniġġiż u b’hekk ferm inqas mard u għalhekk jiġu ffrankati ħafna flus ukoll. Mistiedna oħra fuq il-programm kienu Marlene Mizzi u s-sindku tax-Xagħjra Anthony Valvo.
