Finance Minister Prof. Edward Scicluna received a courtesy visit from the His Excellency the British High Commissioner Robert Luke on Thursday 23rd May, 2013. The two discussed several issues of common interest between Malta and the United Kingdom.
The meeting chiefly concerned itself with Malta’s performance against the backdrop of the recession being felt across the European Union, as well as the sovereign debt crisis that reared its head in recent years.
