Today Minister for Finance Edward Scicluna met with a delegation from Gibraltar led by Chief Minister Fabian Picardo. During this meeting, the parties discussed their respective countries’ state of play in the economic field resulting from Brexit.

The Gibraltarian delegation was also composed of the Deputy Chief Minister Dr Joseph Garcia, Attorney General, Michael Llamas, HMGoG Representative in the UK, Dominque Searle and Principal Secretary, Office of the Chief Minister, Peter Canessa.

Minister Scicluna was accompanied by Permanent Secretary Ministry for Finance Alfred Camilleri, Governor of the Central Bank of Malta, Dr Mario Vella, Chairman of the Malta Financial Services Authority, Prof Joseph Bannister, Chief of Staff of the Ministry for Finance, Ms Tania Brown, and Commissioner for Revenue, Mr Marvin Gaerty, and Mr Mario Galea, Chief Executive Officer of Malta Enterprise.
