Finance Minister Edward Scicluna and Malta Stock Exchange Chairman Joseph Portelli were honoured by the presence of President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca for the inauguration of a collective art exhibition, in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Malta Stock Exchange. The exhibition was held at the Malta Stock Exchange, Garrison Chapel at Castille Place, Valletta.

The Finance Minister welcomed those present and said that this occasion was a combination of business, arts and pleasure, adding that when he appointed the Malta Stock Exchange Board, he had no doubt that their enthusiasm for work would prove to be a success.
Minister Edward Scicluna also referred to his recent visits to Shanghai and Beijing in the company of financial practitioners and senior officials from the Malta Stock Exchange, adding that these visits were truly effective and productive.
