jahsbu ghal sorveljar aktar rigoruz tad-djun u deficits nazzjonali u mizuri kontra pajjizi membri li ma jilhqux il-livelli miftehma minn qabel. Proposti li issa jinsabu quddiem il-Parlament Ewropew.

The EC’s proposals to strengthen the GSP

Last December the European Commission (EC) put forward six proposals aimed at strengtheningthe Growth and Stability Pact (GSP) and how to deepen the co-ordination betweenthe member states. The EC is proposing a rigorous surveillance of nationaldebts and deficits together with sanctions against member states failing toreach pre-agreed limits.
